panels Restore Ubuntu (edited)

I worked in 10.04 LTS, and 10.10 - Maverick Meerkat.
The Panel or Ubuntu panels are in order to be like windows taskbar, but far more advanced and customizable.
Delete all Ubuntu Panels is difficult and not allowing us to never remove the last panel we have left. But by mistake we could eliminate Main Panel (above the default), where we access applications, menus, etc. system. Left only the bottom panel, where you add the windows of open applications and where we have located the trash and little else. Comment
anyone panels Ubuntu is just like the Principal and the only difference is that they are not added virtually any application. Thing that can be easily solved by clicking the right mouse button and Add to Panel ... applications you want from the selection window. There is no problem having exactly the same number of panels in Ubuntu , but neither is very practical. I come to say is that although I left the bar completely smooth, you can easily leave the same as we had, because everything that contains the Panel, whether the principal or not, was added from this window with a Simple Click:

A good practice to get familiar with Ubuntu's panels to create a new panel and keep trying, adding applications from the window and see how and what each one of them.

Restore / Recover Panels:
But hey, you can be whatever you want or need is to restore the panels just as you were when you first install Ubuntu . The way to do this is nothing difficult.
First, we open the window Running Applications. For this key
keys simultaneously:
  • Alt + F2

In the window that opens to us, we ...
  • gnome-terminal
... and click Run

will then open the Terminal , where we copy and paste the following line:
  • gconftool-2 - shutdown & & rm-rf ~ / .gconf / apps / panel & & gnome-panel pkill

Pressing the Enter panels will be restored instantly as when you installed Ubuntu first .

.: AMD prepares new recruits for the Troop.

Well, as I mentioned in the title, AMD is preparing to do some lanzamietos two of the five, is planned to be in 2010.

First start with possibly go in the letter to Santa Claus, the Kings, or as here in Colombia the Christ Child. I say this because two of this December will be Black Edition line.

First we have to X2 AMD Phenom II 565, which is, a non-negligible, 3.4 GHz speed with 1MB L2 cache and 6MB L3 cache, in addition to the quality of being a Black Edition and therefore have the multiplier unlocked, and has also a TDP of only 80W.
Secondly we found one of the powerful, an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T, who shows us a speed of 3.3 GHz through 3.7 GHz TurboCore reaches in terms of the caches we have 3Mb to 6Mb L2 and L3, and as I said before, is also a Black Edition with a TDP of 125W.

now discuss the possible release for another year, in which we find a Phenom II BE X2, Athlon X2 II, and a Sempron .--
- AMD Sempron 150 : A single-core processor designed for offices or primary users, which has a speed of 2.9 GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 45nm technology and a TDP of 45W.
- AMD Athlon II X2 270: This processor is aimed at intermediate users, and gives us a speed of 3.4 GHz with 2MB L2 cache, also 45nm technology and a TDP of 65W.
- AMD Phenom II X 570 : And finally one of the processors targeted at advanced users but do not have the ability to afford or X4 X6, however this processor will the advantage of BE, with a speed of 3.5 GHz, 1MB L2 cache and 6MB L3, with a TDP of 80W.

Well so far are the new features are part of AMD, hopefully the other manufacturers in general take out more news to follow them discuss with you the readers.

Note: BE = Black Edition
